What is HIV?
HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. The virus attacks cells in your body that fight off infection and keep the body healthy. After HIV successfully defeats the immune system, they will have AIDS (acquired immune deficiency syndrome). The HIV cells will stop the body from producing antibodies to fight off diseases. This leads to immune Deficiency which means that the immune system can no longer fulfill it's role in fighting off diseases. There are high possibilities of death due to the malfunction of the immune system.
